Ksiel Sztundel, M.S.W.

Ksiel Sztundel is an experienced facilitator, mediator, educator and coach.  He has extensive experience working with a broad range of organizations with diverse populations. His professional background includes: conflict management, change management, building collaboration, strategic planning, operational implementation, staff development, needs assessment, and management coaching and training.  Mr. Sztundel works with organizations to identify both the systemic and interpersonal problems facing them and assists to develop strategies, changes and solutions that work on both an organizational and human level.

As a trainer, Ksiel Sztundel has developed and conducted workshops on a broad range of work related subjects such as, team building, collaborative problem solving, communications, organizational change, Interest based negotiations and problem-solving, conflict management, assertiveness, diversity, and change management.

Mr. Sztundel is the Project Director for Training and Mediation at the Institute for Labor and Mental Health, where he has provided organizational development, mediation and coaching services to organizations throughout the Bay Area. He is also an instructor in the Labor Studies Departments of City College of San Francisco and Laney College where he teaches classes in communications, leadership, assertiveness, conflict management, occupational stress, and Peer Counseling.
